Cambridge is a quiet and charming university town, situated in a rural area in a bend of the river Cam, at 87km from London. It is the county town of Cambridgeshire. The University was founded around 1210, by young religious students, two centuries before, religious orders had already settled there abbeys and monasteries. The University has 31 colleges.
