My uncle and I have just started attending weekly fitness sessions at bjj canBerra club. Its a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club that specialises in teaching out of shape guys like me and my uncle self defence. We started about three weeks ago and since this time we have noticed an increase in our overall health and fitness. I have more confidence and my uncle says he feels as if he could defend himself now if he had to. They have several membership options available and each one enables you to do at least one of there self defence lessons per week.
