To fulfill or not to fulfill, there should be no questions. Fulfillment is probably one of the most important aspects of a business. Of course it doesn’t get the rock star glamour that the other marketing departs may get, but it is just as important as every other part of the business. If you business was a car, then order fulfillment resources would be considered the wheels. Of course if you took the wheels off of a car you will still have a car, but you just wouldn’t move anywhere. Your business is the same, without you fulfillment department you will still have a business, it just wouldn’t produce any, and soon enough it would close down. Being that this service is so important, you should make sure that it is running to par. If you see that your fulfillment department is not running like it should, you should make all the changes necessary to pick it back, because it could cost your business.
