One of my favorite meals is pot roast, but I’m rarely home in time for me to brown the roast and get it in the oven in time for dinner. I would have to save that for the weekends, when I would rather have been relaxing and spending time with my family. I saw that there was a sale going on for Slow Cookers, and I knew that I needed to take advantage of the great prices and selection. I bought the one that I wanted, and now I can let a roast cook all day and be perfectly tender and delicious at dinner time.
