After months of preparation, we are finally ready to open our very first restaurant. I have put in a lot of hours getting things ready and I am beyond excited about opening night. It is nice to have a business of my own and I want everything to be perfect. I put a lot of thought into the decor and especially with the type of uniforms that my staff will wear. I was able to find a very nice apron that I ordered for each cook.
