I was just surfing the net when I was lured into reading some health-related articles. One of the articles I stumbled upon was about wheatgrass benefits.Wheatgrass is a young grass of the common wheat plant that is commonly used by humans for health reasons. This plant is believed to be used as a folk medicine during early times and that they can help lower one’s blood pressure. Charles Schnabel, an agricultural chemist, was the one who popularize the use of wheatgrass. He conducted his first experiment with wheatgrass in 1930 in an attempt to nurse his hens back to health.Truly, there are more to this small green grass than it looks!
