If you’d told me a year ago that in one year I would start eating like cave people did 30,000 years ago and miraculously heal my depression, I would have told you you were nuts! But incredibly, by some great stroke of luck, I seemed to have stumbled upon the healing diet of all time! It’s all about bone broth soup, fermented foods like sauerkraut and chutney, good solid animal fats and meats from free range sources, eggs only from farms, and lots of great green vegetables, and the occasional fruit. Oh, and now I buy mostly organic. I’m feeling SO much better!
