Jiu Jitsu is a wonderful sport which i really love, I have been doing it for about eight months now out of BJJ Sutherland shire gym. They have some really knowledgeable trainers there and great classes spread throughout the week. The art of jiu jitsu is simple. It is about using your opponents momentum against themselves. Using leverage, flexibility, balance co-ordiantion and timing to defeat your opponent. It is not about winning through shear strength and power. I like it because i am small and it teaches the small guy how to win. I recommend it to all my friends and i believe they will love it too.
I just know that I would love to surf. It has been something that I have wanted to learn for a long time, but I was just not sure how to do it on my own. So, know I know that I am just going to take the time to learn so I can really just do what I have always wanted to do. I think the best part of that for me is that knowing about surfing will be something that I will be able to do all the time. I know that I will really enjoy it once I learn.
