A friend of mine told me about this great product that she saw on the Internet the other day. The product is called joye ego and it gives all the benefits that a traditional cigarette does. She is really thinking about switching to this because she would like to stop smoking. I really hope that it works for her because I know she has been trying to quit for some time now. I guess only time will tell if this works for her.
I am not exactly the nurturing type, but it is something that I am really trying to work on. I tend to get pretty caught up in my own agenda and sphere and know that there is so much more that I can do to reach out to people better. I recently started volunteering with a woman’s program and it has opened my eyes a lot. It’s hard to be self absorbed when you are helping someone pick out mastectomy swimwear. It makes you really grateful, not only for your own health, but for the chance to help others as well.
