My sister just finished creating a new website for her business. She also investing in a Call Tracking service. They have set up a way for her customers to interact live with her employees. They can do this by visiting her website. It is amazing how far technology has come over the past few years. My sister was hesitant to create a website. She is not very good with computers and finally took a leap of faith. I am proud of her for recognizing how important an online presence is for any business.
