They have some really knowledgeable trainers there and great classes spread throughout the week. The art of jiu jitsu is simple. It is about using your opponents momentum against themselves. Using leverage, flexibility, balance co-ordiantion and timing to defeat your opponent. It is not about winning through shear strength and power. I like it because i am small and it teaches the small guy how to win. I recommend it to all my friends and i believe they will love it too.
